What is the exchange policy?
We really hope you are 100% satisfied with your It Fits purchase. If you are not, we would love for you to exchange your purchase or enjoy a store credit. Exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. You may exchange merchandise by mail within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All accessory and sale items are FINAL. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Please call, message, or email the store and let us know if you are wanting to exchange your item for a different size, etc. to make sure we have it in stock.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Pack and seal the package with the merchandise and enclose a copy of you original receipt in the package. Make sure we have all of your information so that we may apply the store credit or exchange accordingly.

When will my exchange be processed?
Once we receive your package, we will issue a store credit immediately. This does not expire.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders received typically ship out within 1-2 business days. You should receive your order within 5 business days. We do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.
